Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Please include the completed return form along with the invoice in your shipment.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with all labels and stickers attached. The product must show no signs of use.

A return shipment must be provided with a tracking code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

• What are the return conditions?

Our return policy ensures that you can return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Items must be returned to us unworn and unwashed, suitable for resale with the labels still attached.

Zacky cannot accept returns on items purchased during a giveaway or sale. Items purchased during a sale can only be returned and exchanged for another product or voucher.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
